Can you fold this if the bin is full?
We recommend emptying the dust cup first to avoid emptying it by mistake outside the bin. Otherwise, yes, the vacuum can be folded even if the dust cup is full.
Can this cordless free stand? I ordered one of these and loved it but it would not stand on its own while I moved furniture. It was top heavy and rolled forward and fell backwards to the floor. I did make sure the vacuum.was in the upright position and locked in. Has anyone else experienced this or did I have a faulty one?
This vacuum model is not designed to stand upright on its own. It comes equipped with the flexology wand technology which allows the wand to be bent in the middle for storing the vacuum in spaces such as cupboards when it is not in use. All IZ models work the same way. We recommend consulting th
Instruction manual There wasnt an instruction manual in the box. I dont know how to completely remove the dust cup to clean the filters. Could you please post a link to an online copy of the manual?
We are sorry to hear that the instruction booklet was missing from the box. Please follow this link: https://sharkclean.co.uk/product/shark-powerp... and access the User Guide section, from where you can download and print the instruction booklet.

In the listing for this it says it comes with a motorised pet tool, but there isnt one in the box. there is a non motorised pet tool that is similar to the appolstery tool, is the listing incorrect?
Hello Jonny. Please contact us directly at 0808 109 1166 in order to discuss your situation accordingly. If there is a possibility you were shipped the incorrect accessory, we will be glad to look into it.
What are the dimensions when folded down for storage please?
The total height of this vacuum when it is in the folded position is approximately 66cm.
The tools in the picture are not whats in the box. There is no small motorised attachment nor brush on the other attachment. Is this correct?
You should find a Crevice tool, Upholstery Tool and FurFins Pet Tool. If you are missing one of these parts please reach Argos if bought directly from them, or if it was bought directly from our Shark website reach us back over the phone at 0808 109 1166 and we are open Monday – Friday between 8:00
